I've been a Sacramento Kaiser patient for years. I usually go to Fair Oaks or Morse. I was told KP South was getting better in patient care and quality. I wouldn't know. My appointment was over an hour ago, I showed up early and I'm still waiting on a doctor. This place should be avoided. The only reason I came here was because my regular doctor is sick today and had to cancel our appointment. I know that it's business as usual to provide sub-standard care to poorer neighborhoods, but I wouldn't expect this from Kaiser Perma... read more
Really disappointed in their grievance procedure... still waiting for caseworker to contact me since March 25th. .. their quality of care has deteriorated and their lack of responsiveness over a patient's concern.
Greg Rosselini, a true sad human being. Thinks very lowly of tattooed people and we are all in welfare, or deserve to be simply for being tattooed. Glad I don't have kaiser as my insurance so I don't need to be seem by bigot doctors like Greg Rossellini.
I,was there today in the ER in so much pain. Basically told nothing is wrong given a shot and sent home to call my regualr dr. Who now wants me to come back in. It took e erything i had this morning to get there in pain. Gi en norco like nothing and sent home. First swful experience with KP.
Just had a great experience at Urgent Care! Parked right out front, in and out in 20 minutes with two kids!! Quick trip to the pharmacy! Meds were ready in 10 minutes. Thank you for offering this option for after-school and evening care!
