So, a friend of mine needed an *urgent* emergency colonoscopy and was scheduled for it tomorrow but in order for one of the medications necessary for the "prep" one of the OTC medications required a prescription for her insurance to cover it. She couldn't afford it on her own. So, she is going to not be able to have this emergency procedure. Good job guys.....
Just a suggestion.....when I go to any of the pharmacies at SSC or ELG there are so many pages of directions for my medications that I don't need. It's such a waste. Maybe going paperless and offering the option of having the directions emailed instead would be a great option.
Orthopedics and Urgent Care yesterday were excellent.
If there was a zero I would have chosen it. My wife gets a prognosis that the surgeons can't help her and refer us to the pain management clinic. She is an emotional wreck when we see the np. Absolutely no empathy. After learning my wife has been using CBDs to try to manage her pain the np tells her to quit and come back in thirty days for a drug screen and then maybe she will prescribe something.
