Actually provide care that is thorough. The ER put my life at risk. All of you who received bad care-Are you Covered CA? I think something is going on here.
I just experienced the worst customer service here. I will never go back to this location again. The receptionist in pediatrics section A was just horrible. Im a worried mother with a sick child and she had nothing but a condescending attitude and zero suggestions. It brought me to tears. Shame on her and shame on Kaiser for employing people like this. Don't go here.
Surgery planed for 8am, still not performed and do not know if/ or when??!!!
