Your pharmacy service is crap! I waited with my mother for a prescription refill.20 minutes turned into 45 minutes. Than they said only a portion of the pills was available and I would have to come back to pick up. I insisted they mail it and they agreed. And now after a week later they send me a text that it’s ready to pick up at the pharmacy. Always have heard negative about Kaiser and now I fully understand why.

I was in Kaiser South for 11 days. Not pleasant, but the staff was professional, and caring. The food was good, especially the meat loaf. Seriously, they made the experience tolerable. I would give them an excellent rating.
I have always been a Kaiser Permanente patient and all the doctors at the south sac Kaiser are so attentive and friendly. I had my son here 8-months and the care was fantastic. My son is now a Kaiser Permenante patient and Dr.Frost is an amazing pediatrician and it makes me feel confident I am getting the best care for both my son and I at South Sac Kaiser Permanente.
