RecommendedHad surgery yesterday morning, thanks to every single person who took care of me during my visit. You all were so wonderful. Anthony (Tony) keep that wonderful sense of humor.
RecommendedMy daughter had to have surgery a week ago and we were both super nervous. The staff all made us feel calm and reassured us everything would be okay. Afterwards we had to stay overnight for observation and it was such a easy stay thanks to all her nurses and her doctor. They made sure she had everything she needed/wanted and were so patient when she wasn’t wanting to take her medicine. On top of that, we got a letter today wishing her well and she was so over the moon with joy. Thank you to all the staff!!!

RecommendedI have never left feedback for a hospital before. I had one Nurse that was amazing at the Kaiser Hospital in Modesto. His name is Mohammad, sorry I did not catch his last name. He was a Angel sent from heaven his work ethic and how he cared, the compassion for his patients was amazing. Never before in my life had I ever had such a caring Nurse. This man is GOLD, a real keeper...You truly need more Nurse like him. Thank you Mohammad

RecommendedI’ve had 7 orthopedic surgeries at HSS, and I am incredibly grateful for the amazing care I received from my surgeons, Dr. J. Deland, Dr. C. Demetracopoulos, Dr. D. Nawabi, and the hospital staff. I have and will continue to highly recommend the Hospital for Special Surgery.

Worst hospital! Mom walked in thought she had food poisoning! She had been throwing up for 3 days! The doctor had my mom drink dye and she threw that up aspirated, the dye went into her lungs and she developed fungus pneumonia! Why would a doctor give someone one dye to drink when they had been throwing up for 3 days??.She had a hernia, but they were so focused on cancer even though twice biopsy came back negative! Disappointed. Relieved saying I was no longer a patient. When I called they said they sent the letter to wrong person. Scheduled an appointment for 1/14/21. Took the day off walked in and found my appointment was canceled. Can "sqeeze" me but have to wait another hour...This office is a mess and needs new leadership.
