Kaiser sucks- no concept of patient care and their processes are pointless. Worse than the dmv

Really?? I pay an extremely high premium for "Platinum" coverage and you charge me a higher co-pay because I need "women's" health services? Since when does everything outside a sore throat or sprained ankle require a specialty?? My issue is not with Kaiser So Sac, but with Kaiser's "affordable healthcare" costs in general. Obamacare fail!!
Dr. Rodriguez in Radiology is Awesome!!! Tremendous people skills...
The pharmacy at kaiser is the worst medical experience I've ever had. Something is never faxed, or called in or what ever alibi. I have to wait in lines that go out into the main hallways. Oh and if the meds paperwork is correct I still have to wait for them to fill it, after waiting in line to tell them I'm there. Not a one time experience, a mostly experience. Really miss the Rite Aid days when I drove up and the guy who knows my name has it ready to go. Going back to any insurance that isn't kaiser
