They allow their patients to roam about and steal from other ELDERLY PATIENTS. If you go there be aware and keep your belongings on you, because they do not care or do anything about other patients stealing from other vulnerable, unconscious, elderly patients. Worst hospital experience ever. In a "make shift" ward due to covid where patients shouldn't be in other rooms anyways because we are in a pandemic.
RecommendedWe have been at Baylor Surgical for three different events, two of which were for my husband. The nurses and all staff have and are the greatest. My husband’s nurse Rachael and Jesus we’re phenomenal in attending to his care. We appreciate all of you and wish you all the best in the coming year!

Their COVID policies make the place nearly inaccessible to anyone who isn’t 100% fully mobile. No one I’ve spoken to knows what’s going on for check in policies or pediatric surgery policies. They seem to think it’s ok for pediatric patients to be alone to recover from surgery and got very rude when I challenged it. Would never come back, COVID or not.
RecommendedProfessionalism of all staff, dr. Sabates is such a great doctor.

RecommendedAll the Sabates personnel are very efficient and Dr Nelson Sabates is always more than willing to explain any questions you have regarding your vision and the best plan to achieve your best vision possible.
receptionist is extremely rude. Jillian or Julian, she needs to be put in the back somewhere so she's not the first impression of M&S.
EDIT: 1/2/21 UNBEARABLE, UNMANAGEABLE PAIN AND UNABLE TO EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE SURGEON. NO NUMBER FOR ANYONE IN PAIN MANAGEMENT SO NOW I'M WAY BEHIND ON MANAGING THE PAIN. BECAUSE OF THESE NEW DEVELOPMENTS, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE! FIND A FACILITY THAT WILL DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. HSS HAS BEEN A DISAPPOINTMENT.
