I got a letter from my doctor telling me I should get a mammogram so I call to make the appoint on the only day I have off during the week. I go to my appointment and I find out I could have just walked in. The person at the counter was really nice and said because I made an appointment that I would be seen right away even though I was 5 min late. I will never go back to Kaiser again...too many doctors who don't care about their patients. If going there the good docs are Dr. Manse in Orthopedics, Dr. Nakano in Pediatrics, and Dr. Locke in OB. I had ankle pain for over a year and when I asked my then doctor about it he blew it off as nothing and refused any treatment. That was the final straw with him as a doctor.
