RecommendedAbsolutely wonderful place! All the staff, from registration to pre op to anesthesiologist to peri op nurses to post op..they were wonderful! so pleasant and nice made the surgery easier to get through! incredible place..highly recommend!!!
RecommendedThis is the best hospital. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and kind. The ER and the nurses in Pre-Op make you feel like you are in the best care next to your Mom! The Business office was so helpful and quick. This hospital is what other hospitals (Especially the Dallas VA) should train at so then can learn how it should be done! ❤ Thank you Baylor Frisco

RecommendedI came in due to an injury and right away I was greeted by an EMT Thomas. he was very very professional and made me feel right at ease. after Thomas took my vitals the RN Melissa came in and took medical history. Dr. Boswell wasted no time ordering tests that needed to be done. The X-ray Tech's Connie and Penny did a great job at taking their time and ensuring I was in little to no pain. Dr. Berner was very nice and did a fantastic job at explaining to me what was going on. Overall, my experience with this staff and location... read more

The staff attending my father are uncompassionate, uncaring and blatantly rude!!! No response from administration to my concerns. Realizing staff is over worked & frustrated, so are families. Not being able to with be by my father's side is a toll, staff has NO empathy.

RecommendedI recently had a total knee replacement with Dr. Fred Cushner and it was such an amazing experience! Dr. Cushner answered all my questions and then some and was able to (successfully!) complete a surgery that other doctors had said they could not due to a rare birth defect I have. I already feel better than before surgery, with greater stability and I know my quality of life is going to improve drastically.
