RecommendedAmazing medical care, staff and outcomes!
st. Luke's wasn't terrible, until we started having random bills roll in. We were told we had paid everything in full at the hospital. cue bills. I set up a payment plan and then 7 days later they were going to take us to collections. 0 integrity and when I asked for a statement showing our agreement for the payment plan they stated they couldn't provide that.... I would not recommend this hospital to friends or family or enemies
RecommendedI had two procedures done at Murdoch this week and was treated like gold by Dr Bagan and the entire staff. Everyone from Traci in Preop to the endo staff of Shelly, Jennifer, Roxie and a couple of others were great but a special thanks goes out to Charlene who was with me from procedure to recovery and even walked me out to the car holding hands. It doesn't get any more caring than that.
RecommendedThe staff is very attentive.. They ask all of the needed questions in order to create the best care plan for you... The pool is huge and very clean..

RecommendedIm going on my 7th surgery. I am an EDS patient and former athlete. Dr. Allen and Dr. Sink have SAVED my life, multiple times. The doctors along with the rest of the staff are so helpful, compassionate, and amazing. Everyone here takes such pride in their job to make you feel welcomed. The offices along with hospitals are so clean and well maintained. I have never been so thankful for a place like I am for HSS. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you HSS for all of your hard work!
Had appointment for my wife and myself. Asked to wait in car and not come into the building until 10 minutes before appointment. We did. When we walked in the receptionist indicated appointment was at a different time and we need to reschedule. Tried to explain we have been waiting in the car as asked but wife's appointment is now. We have been patients for years. We both left. I have the confirmed email showing the time we showed up as the correct time. RecommendedAbsolute phenomenal . I see Dr. Baumchuke she has the best bedside manner and talked me through everything. All the staff is super friendly. I'm going through a very traumatic experience with my left eye, and they have been very empathetic about it. They care. They just do.
