Poor customer service. Doctors that do not communicate or put your prescriptions in on time. Always fighting just to get my meds. They need a serious overhaul of their systems.
The nurses and Doctors in the NICU are the best. The nurses hold a special place in my heart. They were all so warm, attentive, and caring towards my baby and sensitive towards the emotional roller coaster you face as a parent. They always kept me well informed of his care and they were always happy to answer any questions. They would reassure me that my boy was in good hands and I honestly would go home with some peace of mind because I knew they would be taking great care of my baby.
