I dont know where to start lets say this first! 4 months to schedule an appoinement unacceptable & to even scratch my head even harder is only for a consultation!!!!! This is what i pay for long wait times, dont even get me started with the wait times on the phone 45 mins plus who has time for this ? WTF !!!!
