They took very good care of my daughter who broke her ankle.
The parking lot is a joke!! Kaiser built a hospital $$$ welcoming new patients with no accommodations for all these people to park... even the ER parking is full.. if I have a true emergency where do I park? ? Truly horrible parking at both Ontario and Fontana. .. build more parking...

Horrible service! You are guaranteed to be here for hours regardless of an appointment or a referral from the doctor. I never had these issues with blue cross!
Hospital staff is great. Security sucks. It's been about 3 years and I still can't get over it. About 5 years ago I was working as a security officer at Kaiser in Ontario and I still cant get over it. I was watching a suicidal patient in the E.R. when the patient refused to go back to his room another guard Carlos Perez who was hanging out in an empty part of the ER probably sleeping or watching movies came to assist yelling at the patient from across the hall to go back to his room while the patient was calmly standing outs... read more
