Nurses and staff were ok. As a patient, you aren't able to call your Dr, only email or thru a nurse. Too many general practitioners and not enough specialists. Sadly the GPs do what they can but they aren't specialists.
Very good doctors that care they took care of me a couple years ago i would not be here they were very kind and gave me life they a very good doctor cna lvn helper. Very kind when i was there

Have to say that having been transferred the same day from another hospital I noticed the courtesy with which the staff treated eachother, respectfully, no bad mouthing, nor complaining. #KAISERKILLS My mother went to the ER yesterday due to negligence and unprofessionalism on the part of Dr. Sunil Patel at the Ontario Vineland Center. She is a CLL patient on the drug IMBRUVICA and has been denied through Kaiser of receiving the medication. outside facilities have been calling this doctor to assist in obtaining the medication and he and his team return no calls. Came to urgent care and went home with incorrect paperwork for another patient. Breech of compliane (HIPAA law). Came back to correct issue and to get my correct RXs and the nurse stated she would get to me when she can and to have a seat. Please review your paperwork before you leave. They documented my personal info in another patients chart.
Extremely poor service every time I go in, always high wait times, not enough ER doctors, or something bad! Today went in to replace cast I've had on my leg for two months now, it got wet... Upon arrival to Kaiser, it took them 3 hours (YES 3 HOURS) to finally get me to see a doctor (completely unnessasary btw, seeing as how I just wanted a clean cast) to have the doctor inform me, they didn't do casting in the ER, and to please schedule appt with reg Doctor for replacement.....
