Had really incompetent, fake Oncologists. Waiting now to see the third one. It's bad enough to have to deal with cancer, but a nightmare to have supposedly specialists in the field incapable of proper treatment.
The 4th floor staff was just great. I've been here for a week now. Jay (RN) Francisco (RN) Dan (RN) and Val (Charge Nurse) have made this the most enjoyable stay at any hospital I have ever been at!!! Such professionalism and care for me has made it sensational. Thank you all 4th floor !!!! I am always coming back to Kaiser Ontario for my needs!!!
I have been with kaiser permanente for many years and I have visited many of its locations from vision centers to hospitals, but today I had the worst experience ever at the urgent care center in the kaiser permanents in Ontario, this place is a shit hole and the service, it just fucken sucks. If you need a doctor don't go there, from admin to nurses and doctors they all don't give a shit about you being sick.
Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, icu staff..everyone from the emergency room staff to post op staff to home care nurses. Im truly grateful for the care you gave me and the respect you showed me during my week stay in the hospital. The best doctors and nurses. Feelimg better everyday.
