ER is about an 8-10 hr wait. Theres kids that look super sick. Two people with deep cuts on their hands and full of blood. And were all sitting in the ER waiting. For a private insurer, Kaiser has really gone down the drain. This 10 hour wait is something common in a third world country but in the US? Really? Never come here. Please make the drive to Baldwin Park (the most Ive ever waited there is about 5 hours). But seriously unless you want to sit here in agonizing pain and with no medical staff acknowledging you.
Bad service in emergency room waiting time 12 to 13 hrs that’s emergency � we paid every week $ insurance for this kaind of service ...... �
This place sucks!!!! They tell you to check in at 7:50 for an 8:20 procedure. It now 8:42. How the hell you get so backed up???? Oh and there are still 4 patients before us! KAISER I HATE YOU!!!
