Tuesday called for location of urgent care suggested PCP phone appt. Dr. took too long to call back..called in for "same day" appt. One hour from time of call ( crying in pain") got there in 20 minutes Dr. Tran was excellent diagnosis "Right on" treated, (grateful) Back to class on Friday
Absolutely the worst. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I love..it takes you hour to park your car and an hour to check in.... first thing they need to fix ,is hire more staff... they have Market Street going on right in the middle of the parking lot so it takes forever to find a parking stop.. i was a couple minutes late when I checked in for the appt. they begin to tell me after checking in it was going to be an hour and a half because I was a couple minutes late. im so pissed right now..
In ER room 5 and their is blood on the floor and trash and a needle also on the floor. They could have at least cleaned the room before bringing a patient in here
I've had Kaiser Permanente insurance for 32 years. Only had a problem once. But they are raking my son over the coals, he's been sick for three months and they won't do anything. Does anyone have any pull with Kaiser? We need help, I've called membership services, to no avail.
The only thing Cedar Sinai have on Kaiser Ontario is that you can have a little wine. The service is EXCELLENT.
