First time kaiser user and I’ve got to say it’s a joke. Trying to make appointment and after clicking through the month it still says no appointments available. Tried the E-visit and guess what. They don’t give me choices except cold,flu and vision. So I try to do cold/flu and get I will NOT get a reply. WTF? I don’t need urgent care, I want a appointment to see a doctor I’m paying for. I have been in the emergency room for over 6 hours with my daughter. She has been vomiting for over 12 hours and almost pass out getting in one of the rooms. She has not been seen by any DOCTOR, no medication to stop the vomiting, no IV, she is dehydrated. This is the worse I'd ever been. The nurses have no concern for the patients. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
My 1 star is specifically for the Emergency Room. In ALL the years we have had Kaiser we have only gone twice, this past year for our daughter. Severe allergic reaction to meds prescribed by Kaiser. Both times we were told it would be a TWELVE HOUR WAIT to see a Doctor. Since the "Urgent Care" closes so very early every day, u're only option is Emergency. And even with a terribly broken Elbow 2 years ago, we waited 6 HOURS in Urgent Care to see a Doctor?
Kaiser Hospital is good all around.
On March 29, my wife fell (her own accident) got a concussion, black eye, drove her front tooth through her bottom lip, and broke the tooth. Kaiser sewed it up and treated her for the concussion. But a few days later we noticed a lump in her lip. After absolutely no interest whatsoever on the part of Kaiser to X-Ray her lip, we went to our own dentist. Sure enough, the tooth is in there. Since then we have made countless phone calls and appeals to Kaiser to please get this out of her lip. It now appears to be getting infecte... read more
