I understand the idea of waiting in order of severity of the illness/injury etc. when in the emergency room, however, I have now been waiting 7.5 hours and others longer... There should be a doctor/doctors assigned to what may be considered less severe cases to better serve the many patients following asleep in their chairs.
As im sitting here at kiaser emergancy room in ontario waiting for my daughter to be attended i see a patient with need trying his best to explain himself with his health condition n the male emergency tech is just so rude careless telling the patient that hes a medical educational professional and that the patient needs to be more specific .. Are you kidding Me he needs help do your procedures medical professional .. I cant deal .. Other employees knew he was in the wrong they seen that i wasnt happy the way he was talking ... read more
been here an hour in the emergency and only one person has went in. higher premiums, poor service.
I have ongoing issue with Mesh put in for Hernia Surgery in 2016 and been to Ontario ER number of times for the Mesh has wound itself in softball size and it is wound with Scare tissue. I went back on July 26 and waited over 5 hours once I got in the ER Dr would not contact General Surgery saying Surgeons don’t like working on other Surgeons issues and Dr would not even contact them. I at know time will ever go back to Kaiser Ontario ER or recommend them to anyone.

Wow! So, I'm already having a bad day because I'm here visiting my dad on Father's Day(he's getting better:). To make matters worse, I get accused & harassed for attempting to steal a soda.. A F-ing soda??? Can you believe that? After having a good lunch in the cafeteria I go back to the soda machine & get a refill(you get one refill).
