It's the worst service ever. I have spent over 11 hours between the Chino Grand office and the Ontario office, from 2pm to 1:30am so far, and we still can't get someone to give us an MRI and blood results. No one has a clue!
I like the nurses and their care and empathy. They treat patients with respect and care.
