I've been to this ER several times since it has opened. I have very rarely had a bad experience with any of the employees. The night nurse, named JB, in the ER of the evening of September 7, 2016, went well out of his way to make sure a very long night of blood transfusions for me went as smooth as possible for me and my husband. He even went and got my husband and I two boxed lunches from the refrigerator since we hadn't been able to eat dinner before we came. Looks like I'll be looking for another health plan during open enrollment since you've made my 11 year old son sit in your ER waiting room for 39 minutes and counting with a broken arm! Total fail kaiser!
I have migraines and need to see Dr M. Oh.. I was told that he doesn't have any appoints until October?? I need treatment right now not in October. Why can't his office fit patients in ?there's already a long wait.. With or without a appointment
I've had Kaiser before, over a decade ago in Central OC and had the worst experience, so in going back to it this year, I had very low expectations. But a recent health issue got me visiting this hospital and I was stunned at how clean, modern, and caring the staff was! Even the LVN Ms Vargas who took my vitals was super friendly, especially the Doctor at Urgent Care, Dr. Taganas. I can't believe I'm saying this now but I'm glad to be back with Kaiser and so happy to have his branch just within a few miles from my house!
As most emergencies are crowded not this morning. It was fast and efficient. The doctor on duty and his team were outstanding and even one of the girls after being there 11 hours.
Dr. Bowman and staff were/are Fantastic - Compassionate, Understanding, and professional. Great bedside manner !
Kaiser has to have the worst system possible! The first time I broke my nose they told me I had to wait 7 days before I got an X-ray, now I break my finger and they not only left me waiting for two plus hours they told I should have come in within the first 24 hours. Went to my appointment in time, they sent me to Radiology that was done in less than 10 minutes and then I waited for an additional hour and 30 minutes, I asked multiple times how much longer the process was going to take and asked if another doctor could share ... read more
