Wir hatten dieses Hotel als Evakuierungs Unterkunft durch die TUI bekommen, nettes Personal , sauber und echt schön.
We arrived early (weren't even suppose to stay in CLT but our flight was canceled to FL for a friends wedding bc of hurricane Irma. We're actually on our own honeymoon with Italy as our final destination) came to see if there was a room available, they said yes, checked us in and did not let us know there was an additional charge for early check in. We were later alerted by our credit card of the extra charge. No fans in bathroom, after 1 shower our whole room smells like mildew. Gross. We've stayed at the Westin in Nashvill... read more
Not bad for a hotel that allows pets. Great location to the stadium. Definitely a bit greedy charging for wifi, parking, 20.00 for a mimosa. But all in all it was a nice stay.
My husband and I stayed here August 31st 2017 for the game. Everything was okay except for not given instructions on where to park and no instructions on the elevators and the 12.95 charge for wifi. Oh and we were walking back in the lobby after going out for snacks and a man was standing at the desk with no pants on! No underwear just a towel between his legs. Now I understand things happen sometimes and maybe something was wrong but this isn't something you wanna see the first time staying somewhere. I might would stay her... read more

Always love staying at Westin hotels and this visit was no different. Despite a false smoke alarm scare and a crying baby across the hall, we enjoyed our stay. � I do wish free Wi-Fi in rooms was a thing, considering it's an upscale hotel, but some things have to give, I suppose.
This place is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at super up scale but the staff so humble and accommodating! I couldn't ask for a better place to be for my birthday. The Westin will for sure be the first place I look into anywhere I travel now
