As a hospitality industry professional, I can't help to compare the service that I am providing to my guests to the person who's giving me same service that we are in. When the product is good you expect the service to be good. Unfortunately our stay was nothing like that, from check in to departure experience with the same front office agent it was just a monotone voice, no engagement, no how's your travel in? While the location was wonderful, the hotel did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel in a major city. The tile in my bathroom was stained with mildew, there was dirty condensation dripping down the closet doors, the tp holder and soap dish in the shower were both loose from the wall and crooked, the office chair was broken, and the AC did not regulate well due to vents in the bathroom not working. Had a great stay. Awesome bed and linens. Beautiful views. Most importantly very close to the Bank of America Stadium.

Great hotel. Glad to see so many electric vehicle chargers. Should make parking free for them though!

Our stay was this weekend to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time and the staff was excellent was valet, to front desk to our bell hop. Everyone was friendly and helpful with any questions or needs we had. Our room was very nice with us staying on the 25th with a beautiful view of downtown Charlotte. I highly recommend The Westin and will definetely be staying here again in the future!

Thank you for allowing my family including our chocolate lab to stay during hurricane Irma! What a great hotel and wonderful staff! We drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale to find a dog friendly nice hotel and it was worth every mile!

Currently not offering cleaning services to rooms because they are filled to capacity...um...isn't that your daily goal and purpose- to be booked? Isn't that why you exist? Very poor experience overall and poor response from management. Front desk doesn't understand what services are offered or how to implement them and are rude about it. Every time you call it seems that you are an interruption to their day rather than their source of income. Nowhere near the standard expected at a Holiday Inn, nevermind a Westin.
