For the price of the rooms, it was stingy at best. $25 per day to park in the garage, sheets were stained, there is no fan in the bathroom so everything gets wet and foggy, and they skimp on simple things like cream and sugar packets for the coffee, no liner for the ice bucket (which had hair in it), and the the WiFi costs extra. We did not expect to be nickel-and-dimed at a fancy hotel. Boo.

I loved it!!! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful with everything and it made the stay that much more pleasant. I would love to stay there again and I would recommend it to others .

OMG! It was my gdaughter 7th Birthday. When I tell you EUGENE did his thang with setting everything up for E'Moni's Birthday. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. ROSE car service was on POINT. The driver Mrs. JOY was AMAZING. When I say EXCELLENT SERVICE. I MEAN TOP NOTCH. EVERYONE and I MEAN EVERYONE was AMAZING. I will be returning very soon. Excellent facility and location! Superb hospitality by all staff members. The bedrooms are Westin level superior including the spacious bathroom! Highly recommend!

We had the best time visiting old friends, making new friends, and seeing "family!" Roosevelt was a delightfully warm welcome with a smile (and a hug!) and my "cousins" at the check-in counter were fun! Our room was gorgeous and spotless, had a beautiful view, and a great shower! Our every needs were met. The best stay ever! Thanks, Westin family!!
