Our first time at a Westin and there will be many more to come. Excellent location, parking, and service. The room was a delight. Can't compliment the staff enough.

So some leach from the hotel comes over to tell our kids they can't play cards. Um it's little kids playing war. Obviously no money present. Just how stupid is this? We will never stay here again and tell our friends the same. If you're going to host a volleyball tournament then the hotel should expect kids to be doing what kids do. I despise power nazis.
Great view of Panthers Stadium!!!My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The valet guys were on point and I am definitely a fan of Westin. This is our third stay with Westin and it's always leisure for my family. We are looking forward to your hotel in Hawaii this summer.

Looking forward to Valentines Day with my hubby!! We are hoping for excellent service since we are needing this and reconnecting.
I went to an event at the Westin as was thoroughly impressed w/the service and food. Why 4 rating? One item on the dish was some kinda potato casserole that was over cooked & had one waiter that seemed ill trained for a 4/5 star hotel.
Nice environment and professional staff. Would attend again.

Stayed here for a company conference. Friendly staff and room was comfortable. Slightly disappointed with the food that was served. But over all nice hotel.
