For the price I paid this hotel is not worth it. The hotel itself is fine, comfortable beds and pretty views. The service was horrible. Came here for the soccer game. Our check in was at 3 and our room wasn't ready until 6pm. I was told that they didn't expect this many people here today! The restaurant was also just ok. Waited 30 minutes for a table, plenty of empty tables but not enough staff ! The employees were clearly frustrated this weekend!
We booked the hotel over the internet and for the price expected much more then what we got. The bed was EXTRAMLY uncomfortable, when we ran the water to the shower it turned the bottom of the tub brown. The person who checked us in said "Your room has a beautiful view of Charlotte" which I assume meant you'll be staring at a building with construction workers during your stay. On top of everything else when we checked in and SELF PARKED they charged us a extra 20.00 that was not mentioned when I made my reservations. Very d... read more
We had a few issues checking in, but management quickly contacted me and went out of the way to make it right. I received a handwritten note expressing a sincere apology. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Not impressed. Room not ready at 3:30. Asked for early check in, but apparently they can't handle a soccer match going on nearby.

The Westin was an okay hotel. I only gave three stars because for the price of the Westin one would simply expect more. The Westin does not give complimentary breakfast, the bottled water in the rooms are about $4 per bottle, and parking is $20 per day! I've had much better service at more and less expensive hotels. Next time we will choose a hotel that will give us more bang for our buck!!!
The Westin is amazing, they were very nice and accommodating. They had nice beds, and a super friendly atmosphere.
