I have a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom upon check in. The double beds are full size beds that are not big enough for two adults. They do not have a single vending machine in the entire hotel, the gift shop isn't open late and there isn't a mini bar in my room. Am I supposed to drink tap water?? I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, GA... now that, my friends, is a luxury hotel. Within walking distance to NASCAR Hall of Fame, Bank of America Stadium and a plethora of restaurants. The parking garage renovation needs to be completed ASAP. Overall the staff was just okay...housekeeping couldn't speak English. Service Recovery could have been more personal (cup of coffee) for fire alarm at 1:45 a.m.

Stayed at the Westin while attending the regular season finale for the Carolina Panthers and for a four day getaway. Before flying out realized that Expedia had me checking in a day after I arrived to Charlotte. Loved the service received by the reservation center(wished I could remember the name of the person that helped me out). She did her best to make sure if possible I stayed in the same room for all three nights which happened. My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here New Year's Eve. The bed was extremely comfortable & the room was very spacious. The food at JP, in the hotel was really good.

Very clean. Was given a upgrade and a excellent view of Uptown Charlotte on the 25th floor. I was able to include the price of parking in room rate.

I love all of the Westin hotels. Beautiful view and great ambience
Everything was great. Everything but one tiny thing - y u no have TV listings? Your tvs take forever to browse through the channels. My Roomate and I just left it on and stayed on our phones the whole time. Which is fine but it'd be nice to relax to your favorite show or movie.
