Terrible. Showed up after five hours in the car for a special event with my son and there are no rooms ready. Hundreds of people standing in lobby waiting for rooms, some had been there for hours and were told their room would be ready in 15 minutes. I was told "hopefully within the hour". Three hours later and I still have not gotten the call to say my room is ready. Oh but I was offered a free drink voucher. At this point I have no idea if we even have a place to stay tonight. This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! and is so sweet smelling.. I asked the front desk what the exotic scent was through out the hotel and it was the "white tea" scent! Its expensive stuff.. but its so relaxing and you guys offer organic and superfoods. HEALTHY!!!!! and the beds are super comfy! The city view was VERY nice! I plan to come back here very soon, and the staff was nice and polite! :) :) :) Thank you for a relaxing weekend! oh and the pool is as clear as glass and very nice and heated! Way to go on being on top of things!!!

We always have an awesome time at the Westin! Dinner was awesome last night and so was the friendly staff. However, Easter Brunch was a real treat!!! The decor was so aesthetically pleasing, the entire set up was family and kid friendly-Easter bunny seating area for kids, and eggs. The Easter Bunny was there and a professional photographer.
