Very disappointed. For the amount of money you have to pay you expect more. No free wifi $12.95 per day, water $3.95 per bottle. Never told us 12th floor was pet friendly. Heard this one dog barking every time someone went down the hall and at 1:00 am not really appreciated. Desk staff friendly but not well informed. If you are visiting and want touring info don't stay here. There is none available. Told front desk on Thursday morning about a problem in the room. Have stayed here many, many times and love it. Location is good and service is great. We always stay the night before Panther games, leave the car and walk to the stadium, good set up.

Centrally located, wonderful amenities, and very comfortable stay. The best part, though, was the amazing staff. From check in, to dining, to room service, to hotel maintenance, every single staff member I came into contact with was friendly, helpful, and smiling. Very well staffed hotel.
For the price of the room they add additional outrageous charges for every little thing; local phone usage, a bottle of water, parking. Nice staff, clean rooms nothing really that special for the price you pay.
