Loved the experience, just thought being at a conference for several days, the price would be a little more friendlier.
Had a little staycation last night with the girls. Everyone on staff that we encountered were so welcoming and friendly. There was a huge football game going on and lot of fans from the winning team staying at the hotel. We thought this was going to equal a lot of noise late into the evening & it wasn't. We slept like babies in those Heavenly Beds. Thx Westin for making our one night away feel like a weekend getaway. We all said we would definitely be back!

From the moment I checked in the service was superior. I was only in town for about 18 hours. I was concerned that I had a 5:50 AM flight and had not secured a car service. The wonderful and professional young lady that checked me in told me not to worry and when I came down at 4:30 AM there would be a car to take me to the airport. I came down at 4:30 and at 4:31 I was on my way to the airport. The Westin is my ONLY choice in Charlotte Thank you
We stayed here for our anniversary and had the best time! Highly recommend.. great rate also!

Our beds were so comfortable, the staff was great, and the late 1pm checkout was even better. We stayed for only one night, but we definitely did not want to leave. Our girls night was amazing. Thanks Charlotte!!!!

The room was very comfortable, beds were like pillows. We really enjoyed being able to sleep late after a night out with the 1pm late check out. The parking garage was an it confusing but it was manageable. Perfect hotel for our girls getaway. Will be returning soon!
