We stayed overnight on Friday night. Room was nice and comfortable. However, we were charged $20 for parking and didn't know it until after we got home! No one is able to help me when I call. When we checked in, our room was paid for and the girl took my card for what she called "incidentals". We were also directed to the garage if we didn't want to use valet. When we checked out, we were told we had no charges, and then a $20 charge shows up! I'm very disappointed in the "non" service I received when I called. The only thin... read more

Staff very friendly and professional, they only missed one thing with me and several other guest, the instructions on when and how to use your room key on the elevator....... WiFi should be free for rates you charge. Amenities were very nice.
