The stay was wonderful. However I was DOUBLE CHARGED for one room!!! There for a conference on Saturday!!! I’ve called repeatedly and no one will call me back about this erroneous charge. I am amazed that a hotel of this size is so slack about customer service.
The room was was nice, but I was shocked at a charge for wi-go and at This price I thought I would get a complimentary newspaper. Room was clean and comfortable. But at 3:45pm I had to call for them to clean my room and was told we have til 5:00.

The family had Christmas brunch at JP's. We have had holiday brunches at a number of top restaurants over the past 40 years and this one was as good as anyone we have attended. The food was the star, the staff friendly and attentive. JP's will definitely see us return in the coming year.

The view was great and I slept good but for the price I expected more the Westin needs to lower cost or update rooms the lobby area is nicer than the actual room
While not the largest or the most beautiful room, this hotel was quite nice and the staff absolutely outstanding! The rooms are earth-tone focused and I generally like more color. The concierge, Eugene McKeiver, was professional, personable and attentive. Dominique, at the front desk, showed a refreshing enthusiasm that made it a pleasure to speak with her. This was my first stay at the hotel, I expected way more courtesy service from employee. Didn't know about valet parking until I checked in. Didn't receive help for my luggage. I'm assuming it was a ball night there during my stay in hallway was crowded. My room was very comfortable during my stay but a guest on my floor was loud talking and slamming doors throughout the night.
I work for the Western as a housekeeper I enjoy working for Westin it is safe wonderful staff wonderful guess and a hotel is wonderful it's secured and safe a great place to stay when you're visiting Charlotte North Carolina
I would have given this a 5 star, however at over 200.00 a night and you still charge me 12.95 for wi-fi is totally unexceptable. I'm half tempted to give you a 2 star rating.
