THE most comfortable beds anywhere! This hotel is just wonderful. Even our housekeeper was amazing and so sweet!

We’ve enjoyed our stay since Tuesday night. Our room has a very nice and huge window that I can watch the sunrise in every morning.

Friends and I stayed here for one of the busiest seasons CIAA 2018 wknd. Customer service at the front desk was excellent as well as the bar area & the valet guys. Rooms were nice and clean. On problem was the food at the restaurant was horrible & the to go menu sucks. Housekeeping never came to clean our rooms or switch out our towels. I assumed because they were booked but they know every year the end of February is the basketball tournament, the hotel should’ve been prepared.
Very nice hotel! First couple of days housekeeping was very late getting to all the rooms. It did get better
