Awesome Property
Only got a 4 because I loved the gym. Otherwise, the construction was a turnoff. I was surprised they didn't have a breakfast option for gold members, and no options were even presented upon initial check in. I also didn't have a robe or a complimentary essential lavender oil in my room that I heard others received in theirs. Other than this, the rooms were clean, but the conference areas were quite frigid.

Loved the hotel . Most of the staff were very friendly. The only complaint that I have is that the parking fees (which are $30 a day per car for valet or $25 a day per car for self parking) are pretty steep, And when I parked to go into register and unload our luggage, a guy ran out and told me that I had to move.Other than that, the room was nice and the service was good

We had a great stay during the Liverpool game this weekend.
Shout out to the Westin for accommodating me. I arrived before our room was ready and the staff went over and beyond by ensuring I have a comfortable and private place to pump (I’m away from my breastfed baby). And they also ensured me they have the proper fridge/freezer to store any milk if I need it. They made me feel very comfortable about the whole situation. Great customer service!!
