The best Hotel AT the Queen City � �
Reported a faulty lamp in room 935 to the front desk- gave me a powerful and painful shock. For an older or sick person, could have been very dangerous. Front desk manager offered no apology, no concern, no effort to take action. These are the same staff responsible for guest safety in an emergency. If you stay here, make sure you stay on a low floor and know where the emergency exits are.
The hotel and being downtown Charlotte was awesome....... Charlotte, kind of hectic to navigate in, and if I didn't have GPS on your phone you would be lost in Charlotte for ever.....
Every aspect of the hotel had excellent customer service, from the front desk to the restaurants to the cleaning staff. Highly recommend!

Wonderful classy, great scenery, Instagram ready,Facebook ready, love it...
We stayed for four nights, this week and it was one of the best places to stay ever. The bell hop/doorman/valet man (Roosevelt) was the nicest man there. He done an excellent job parking our car and helping unload and load it! We also interacted with Technician Ginny, she was funny and did an awesome job as well!! We will be back soon!!!
