THANK YOU SO MUCH WESTIN HOTEL for allowing Hoshicon to be at your hotel. Your hotel was lovely and the rooms where nice and beds comfy. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. Not only that, but your staff was EXTREMELY NICE. Thank you so much for helping me with my stuff Thursday and putting it into Con ops area. You are amazing and i hope that you will continue to allow hoshicon to be at your hotel. You guys are wonderful.

This hotel is not what I expected. There was a Anime Convention going on at the time of my stay and it was extremely crazy and scary with some walking around with guns-real or not-scary and a majority of them having masks on. They were passed out on the couches in the lobby and trashed the one hallway and cigarette butts left all over the steps at the entrance. It's not every stay you get a front desk staff to go OUT OF THEIR WAY to get you a diet coke as a customer courtesy when there are no other options. Thank You!!!

Puede mejorar, recibí la habitación sucia, con basura y espejos sucios. Cafetera usada y con agua. Sin aroma y aun falta supervisar el servicio. Casi seguro que la cama estaba sucia de igual manera.
Great hotel and nightlife. Next to convention center and a couple blocks from Epicenter.

My husband and I stay here a week ago for 3nights and 4 days for Carolina rebellion the room was amazing and the workers very friendly. We look forward to staying again in the future

I have stayed here 10+ times over the past 5 yrs for work. Westin seems to have lowered there service level as each time i stay at a Westin i am left wondering what happened to this brand. The construction at the charlotte Westin is a dirty/loud hassle but the location is good. Overall just meh. Ill probably be back though.
