Mike was very helpful with making this experience very easy, even when my wife got sick he came to our house to deliver the vehicle and so that she could sign the paperwork. This is the reason we have purchase 5 vehicles from Jordan Auto.
I have been looking for a vehicle for a few months they talked other dealers down talked a lot of trash about other dealers took all my info sd they would look for vehicle with everything I wanted that was over a month ago.. I have to say working with Jordan was a completely different experience. They were upfront with pricing, generous with our trade and no pressure. They worked hard to help us get into the perfect vehicle for us. We did shop around and their pricing was less than the local competition and, again without haggling. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family (I already have) and will use them for future purchases. They get an A+++ for customer service!
Good experience over all. No high pressure. Like the follow up services that are available. No badgering about monthly payment. Great amenities. Knowledgeable staff and service department.
It took me two weeks to find a vehicle that I wanted. Jordan was the first place I went and I went back to them mainly cause they were honest and easy to work with. I would recommend them to everyone.
I went in to Jordan Toyota on a whim to look at Rav4s and was lucky enough to be introduced their sales associate Tia Battenberg, who in 10 minutes hands down convinced me, based on facts and specs of the car, that the Rav4 was an ideal fit for me. And even though I couldn't purchase the car at Jordan Toyota because I live in California, not getting a sale from me didn't deter Tia in any was from providing me with the utmost customer service and giving me her time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Jordan automotive has made lifetime customers of us! We were looking for a good vehicle and came out with a brand new car. I love my purchase. My sales rep was Rich and he's phenomenal. He answered all our questions snd worked hard to get us all we were looking for and more! We tried other local dealers and they wanted to charge us more for less. If your in the market for a vehicle dont waste your time go straight to jordan they truley make you feel like family! Rich is the go to guy in our opinion and Soc is great!
We came in to see what small Toyotas were available. We were greeted and Mike Gaffney worked very hard with us to find the "right" car. I ended up buying a 2012 Corolla, due to the incentives. I wanted a certain color and they ordered that right away from another dealer. When the car arrived, there was some minor blemishes and all. I was very impressed and thankful for our salesman, Mike Gaffney. He, to me is what a car salesman should be. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I never felt pressured to buy anything. He was very kind to email me different cars he thought would be in the range that I had given him over the phone. He even called to check in. He was always very courteous and even stayed past closing time to ensure that I would be able to test drive both vehicles I was considering.
