I bring my vehicle for service exclusively. I am mostly satisfied with the service I receive. My last service was disappointing. My tires were rotated, which left my tire sensor fault message and light on.

This was the worst experience. No communication. My truck was there 3 weeks and still had not been looked at or fixed (They scheduled the appointment). I picked it up and paid my balance and told them to call me when the parts came in. That was almost a month ago and still not a word! Several customers were complaining because they had been quoted two very different prices by the same guy.
