When I called Jordan's to check on whether a used SUV had a power driver's seat, Kara Mitchell actually went out into the used car lot and looked at the SUV to check for me. She did not know me, but went out of her way to help. Outstanding customer service! I stopped at Jordan's on 6/26/13 and I asked for Kara. She was in the process of helping a couple with paperwork on the sale of a car, but continued to check on me as I looked at vehicles in the lot. I drove a Ford Escape. I would like to thank Jordan Automotive Group for the best experience of my life. I was hunting for a truck and I have been looking for a few months. I have been all over northern Indiana and really couldn't get anybody to listen to what I wanted. they wanted to give me what they wanted to sell. TWO THUMBS UP! My husband & I were extremely satisfied with our experience at Jordan. A very nice gentleman, Ryan Liedtky, was our salesperson, We couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly, and thorough sales approach! I wanted to purchase a pre-owned Ford Escape Limited (my current Ford Escape Limited was starting to have too many miles). I did an on-line search and Jordan Ford popped up. They had exactly what I wanted. I contacted them via email and within minutes, I had an on-line chat with someone from Jordan asking me questions and showing interest in what I wanted. We bought our son a used car at Jordan Ford in February - we were so impressed with the service we received, that we decided to go back when we needed a new car. Our experience was OUSTANDING! Sean O'Connell is a very competent, concerned, and caring sales representive. He worked to understand our needs and wants. He never pushed us in a direction we did not want to go. He spent all the time we needed in the sales process and in the process of explaining our new Rav4 to us. We never felt rushed. He answered every question fully. We entered the establishment and everyone was friendly and helpful. I talked to Mike on the phone and had a good repore with him. After meeting with him he was very knowlegable and if he didn't know an answer, immediately got an answer for me. Everything from the start of the sale to the end of sale was in a very timely fashion.
