Answered questions thoroughly, and did not pressure us to make a snap decision. Made sure our needs were met, and took the time to clearly explain & demonstrate the features of the vehicle before we took delivery.
I went in looking for a new SUV and was taken care of with respect. Ryan was very accurate and helpful. Kim was very kind and patient with the financing process. I appreciate their help in helping me bring home an awesome new Rav4.
Cookies are good. Service was prompt. An above average Ford Dealship. They don't try to rip you off. Would recommend to others. Would go back with my F150 and E450 Motor Home.
The car to be serviced was purchased from Jordan and is owned by my wife. In the past she has experienced dealerships that are not necessarily friendly to women who bring in their own cars for service. Jordan Ford has built a service organization that recognizes who their clients are, and treat them accordingly. My wife's special needs were accommodated and she is very pleased with the courtesy and respect she received.
Excellent service from Sal and the entire Jordan Toyota Team! The Toyota Matrix exactly fits our needs and we found it at an excellent price. I'm also very happy for the added customer perks like free car washes!
My regular scheduled service time was nearing but I had questions about a previous service procedure. The service manager and his assistant answered my questions by admitting a mistake was made. He scheduled an appointment, corrected the mistake, serviced my Ford, and got me back on the road in time for me to make my other appointments. They were a great group of people to work with and my problems are solved.
I was in a severe time crunch to get a new vehicle for a trip to visit my ailing father on the east coast. Mike went above and beyond, stayed after hours to help sew up all the paper work and details. He couldn't have been more helpful if he were twins! Thanks so very much, Dennis, for recommending him.
Great experience working with Tanya, who listened to what I needed, and what the price range was for my lease. Was upfront about what could and could not be done to get me into the car, and I never felt like I was being led on. Tanya also responded to my communication eagerly and quickly. The entire staff was friendly, and new my name when I would walk in. By far the best car buying(leasing) experience I've ever had.
My wife and I were searching for a 2013 Ford Escape. I contacted them via phone and Rich answered. He went out of his way to answer questions. He went so far as to do a video of one verbally describing it to me on his phone and then text it to me. This was all without us asking. They did not have one with the exact specifications that we wanted so they found what we wanted in Detroit, did a dealer trade, and brought it back.
