Please understand that what i think is excellent is the Service Department. if i had to leave my car there they made sure i got a rental. i can't say much for the Salesmen. when i bought my 2020 Ford Edge i felt rushed. i was nervous and the salesperson (to me) rushed me along hoping i would not change my mind. i was already nervous about getting a new vehicle with a high note. i only have two more notes to go on my 2016 Ford Edge and what i should have done was just try and finance the work that needed to be done which is f... read more
I've purchased 3 cars from Homer Skelton Ford of Millington, and I've had a great experience each time. This time was no different. My salesman, Jack, took care of everything from picking up the car from their MS location and bringing it up for me to inspect it, all the way to taking care of assuaging any concerns I had. Bought a truck, and they ain't very helpful with wanting to fix it even though it was agree on when buying it. Then, lying about how long it takes also after being told a time then when I did go get it, they didn't check out the other problem. Not impressed
