Kathy was very helpful. Jordan's didnt have the car we were looking for and Kathy searched untill she found one. It only took a few days. When we went to pick up the car , she expained all the features ansd how they all worked. We purchased the car for my wife and my wife was very pleased with the way everything was explained. My wife had to stop back by there a few days later and couldnt remember how to sync the phone to the car inorder to use the music on her phone. This is the 4th Toyota we've leased from Jordan Toyota. We keep going back for many reason's. On this visit they came up with the deal and price we wanted,with no hassle, and we drove away a new car. We service our car's here. I even take my '01 Tacoma here for service. So it is not a Toyota service agrrement that keep's us coming back for routine service. This is my fourth Ford vehicle and fourth time at Jordan. The staff is friendly and non-intimidating. They welcome me and take the time to explain all of my options. Tom took the time to find the right vehicle and the best deal for me, not just to get a sale. I appreciate all the he has done for me and the Jordan staff is a positive extension of the awesome service. Thanks again Jordan Ford!

I loved working with Jeremy in the Ford service dept. He matched the price on some new tires saved us a lot of money!! he was also very pleasant and very friendly on the phone. I'll take my car there for anything!

My 1st time to buy a car in a long, long time. I had just been to visit another dealership in town and left there completely disgusted. WHAT A DIFFERENCE at Jordan. No stereotypical "used car game." If they continue to do business as they are now, I will never buy a car anywhere else. Mike Salyer was friendly, helpful, gentle spirited and made me feel like he genuinely wanted me to have the best car for me. Thank you, thank you.

Mike Gaffney was extremely informative about models of cars and even spent a half hour coaching me on how to drive my new Prius. I'm enjoying the free massage and car washes.

I had come into the Ford shop early afternoon where it died. I have been comming into Ford for about 5 years now and have always liked the service there. This time though, I had not made an appointment since things happened so quickly. My alternator burnt out and took the battery with it. Mary took over and told me they would be able to take care of everything that afternoon after my truck had the checkup. I was impressed! I recently purchased a 2013 Escape at Jordan Ford. I was extremely impressed with the entire process. Greg (Sales) and Chris (Finance) made the entire purchase simple and efficient. Leading up to the sale, Greg was great to work with. Responses were made to my e-mails in a timely manner and I was able to get information on a number of vehicles in order to do a comparison. I would highly recommend Jordan Ford.
