Dishonest, did body damage to my car, replaced parts that didn't need replacing. Took the car in for a recall, drove it there, I was told the car didn't have the codes for replacement of defective part but a diagnostic said I need other parts. They installed the new parts then I'm told by the service department it won't drive at all, I need a different part, an $850 part. Let them install the part since I could no longer drive the car. Found the right truck at a fair price. Joey and Burch Ford were professional and courteous. We couldn’t get the paperwork done before the banks closed and they sent the paperwork and temp tag to me via driver over an hour away so I wouldn’t have to go back to Blackshear. They even inlightened us about benefits as a vet that I hadn’t known about saving me a lot of money.

Mr. Mike Drew the service manager and Carl the service advisor made sure my problem was handled correctly before returning my suv to me.
William in service is exceptional as is Nathan who worked on my transmission I already have highly recommended this shop to many people I will be using Mike Burch for all of my work truly went above and beyond

Just my opinion I highly don't recommend Homer ford for working on my vehicle anymore. Im not saying that Ford don't sale nice vehicle it's the service after the purchase.
