I purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition from Homer Skelton Ford in Millington, TN under the Blue Advantage Gold Certification. Nothing about this went the way it was supposed to. The idea behind purchasing a certified used vehicle is that it's been thoroughly checked and reconditioned so there are no problems (I purchased this car sight unseen based upon that premise and the information provided by the sales staff at Homer Skelton Ford).
