great deal This is our third purchase from Jordan Ford; all have been pre-owned. They have always walked us through the process and do not seem to pushy. Our sales rep, Ilysa, was pleasant to work with and what she did not know, she found out for us from someone else. Failed to follow through on Software I had some work done on my '17 Mustang in the Summer of 2018. Part of this work required Jordan Ford to flash my computer. What they didn't do was give me a copy of the original programming from the computer. In Jan of 2019 I was having some work done at an independent service center that required the original calibration (the one Jordan installed locked the computer). 2nd review much better I am now happy with my purchase. There were some issues prompting my first unsatisfactory review. These have been resolved. I need to mention that when my car had a problem my salesman Shawndel did come to my house and jumpstart my car for me. I can now recommend Jordan Ford.
