Wanna give a big shout out to Mike Burch Ford service department for screwing up on my explorer AGAIN! I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks ago for a warranty repair on a converter. Dropped the car off at 8am this morning at the dealership and I was supposed to get a call when it was completed. No call ever came,…all day long! I decided to show up at 4 and my phone rang. Oil change and drain plug was not tight. Oil leaked out on garage floor. Lucky I saw it or that might have been an expensive oil change.
