Excellent & professional! Greeted promptly. Initially we were just looking & didn’t want any assistance. Staff was fine with that and let us know they were available if we had any questions. "Awesome Experience" I had a wonderful experience at Jordan pre-owned car lot. Wendi Burns was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend anyone to work with her. Wendi gave me all the information about the car I was inquiring about. She got me set up Socrates Gray the finance director, and he was great as well. He did his best to get me the best interest rate he could. He did a great job explaining the warranty information too. The overall experience was Five Star *****! I love my new Chevy Impala:)
What a great experience I had. I had such a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and worked for days to get me into a car I really like. They also don’t try to bribe you into buying a car so they can make commison. With the help of AJ Smith, I was able to leave with an amazing car. Great Experience We had a wonderful experience at Jordan pre-owned car lot. Shawndel Gordon was great to work with and really knows the business!! The car was missing the front floor mats and Shawndel fixed us up with a brand new set of all weather mats. Socrates Gray the finance director was great as well, he hooking us up with a great interest rate loan!! The overall experience was Five Star *****! Trade in I had a wonderful experience at jordans with kara motchell at the used car lot. I had to trade in and downgrade vehicles due to a divorce and jordan’s was amazing to work with. They gave me a great trade in price and found me a reliable vehicle in my budget. They were even a couple minor issues a week after i bought it and they took care of those immediately and were wonderful to deal with!! I will go back to jordans int he future for sure!!
