My Ford MachE required repair due to many error messages concerning camera faults as well as an extensive warranty repair. The repair took from December 3 through January 3 - a full month. Initially, I was given a Ford Escape as a loaner. It was dirty and had a cracked windshield. Not great. I lobbied for a loaner MachE which I got about halfway through the month I did not have my car. Their body shop still owes me a part and the service to install it. I've called them a couple of times and they always say they will call me back... but they don't.
