My first new car! Stopped at the dealership just to get some pricing on new cars, I knew my credit wasn’t the greatest so I was nervous! Great Service Had our Escape in collision center for repair estimate. Scheduled work on Thursday for the following Monday. We are pleased with work done, and being completed in time stated. We were only without our vehicle 1-1/2 days. Everyone we've encountered at Jordans in Service Dept and Collision Center have been very pleasant, seem knowledgeable and eager to please.
Above and beyond I had a small problem with my turn signal on my truck.... and Louie (I did not get his last name)in the service department helped my son and I out. He went above and beyond the call of duty. And I just want to say thank you to him and let you know it is so very nice to have someone helping you that actually cares about the customer!!! And he even went out in the rain for us! He is an asset to your service department!! Signed a very grateful customer.
ultimately a fair deal After being shocked to find out that the Jordan Way of pricing provided to me was off by a factor of 50 % on my payment, Jordan went above and beyond to make me happy and ultimately the deal worked out
Service shop " Great Service"our F350 Truck bed was damaged. Tim Nelson notified us every step of the way. Tim and his crew repaired our unit to like new condition. finding the right path with documentation Dan Stacker, salesman, stayed with us for nearly two hours while the paper work was completed due to a legal requirement by the State of Indiana was worked out..He used the time to explain many of the features of the new car. We are repeat customers with Jordans...the company cares.
