I was asking him about the car I wanted, and I told him, is it still available ? He said yes, it is still available? Please come in and test drive, but I said I lived very far away, so I’m asking him, if you can sell it for $40, 000 , and he told me to wait, he is going to ask the sale manager, then he will let me know, if he can sale for $40,000, but guess what, when he came back he told me the car already sold to someone else, but I knew the car hasn’t been sold, it was still in the lot, why he lied to me, just straight ou... read more
The techs did a great job on the installation of my trailer hitch. However nobody bothered to show me how it worked.

Called and scheduled a service, came in on that scheduled day and confirmed service (along with two issues to look at) waited TWO HOURS, for nothing to be done and them to forget to even do the service.
