The Millington Ford Dealership has always been our family source for service and purchases of our new vehicles.
Have had issues after issue on F150 since purchase. Dealer tried but poor manufacturers quality.

In 2021, i took my truck to get the transmission fluid changed. Being a Ford dealership, I assumed correct Ford Motorcraft fluid would be used. Now 35k miles later, my truck has developed transmission problems. When i pulled out my receipt from Homer Skelton Ford, I realized that not only did they not service my truck with Ford Mercon LV fluid as Ford directs, but they used a bargain brand BG non LV fluid(BG even offers an LV fluid 315 but they did not used it. 314 is regular synthetic).
