Service was good, I was shocked by the amount of Ford Pass points that were taken for my first service. I was told when I bought my Bronco that the points I received would pay for 2-3 services. I don’t have enough left now for the second service, much less a third. Disappointing!!
On superbowl Sunday, I requested information on a Bronco Wildtrak they advertised online. I got a response that same day and was told to come over if I wanted to see it. Whitin 40 min. I was at the dealership, and when I got there, I told the salesperson that I was there to buy it. There is no need to test drive or credit check or anything else since it was going to be a chash transaction. They were very helpful in bringing a truck from one of their other locations for me to test drive. I eventually bought the truck. The sales person and the finance department were very helpful
