Tia was was a very pleasant and informative sales person to work with. She answered all our questions and got information we asked for in a timely manner. She made it a pleasant experience.
I found the perfect Jeep at 6 pm. By 4 pm the next day i I found the perfect Jeep at 6 pm. By 4 pm the next day i was leaving my truck and driving away in my Jeep. Shawndel was great to work with through the whole process. Nice and easy I was given good market value for my trade-in and found my Jeep at a good market value. Price in window is what I payed my headaches!

We moved to this area about 4 years ago already owning a Toyota Avalon. We used Jordan's service dept. and were very satisfied. So when we decided it was time for a new car we knew we wanted another Avalon and Jordans was the logical choice. We were more than happy with our choice. They looked far and wide to get us the car in the color, and with the features, we were looking for. It was so nice not to feel pressured into buying something we wern't intested in. I would recommend them to ANYONE wanting to purchase a vehicle.
Jordan creates a great atmosphere for purchasing a vehicle. Our account executive, Mike Gaffney, was very honest about answering our questions about the used truck. If he did not know the answer to our question, he was honest about it and asked someone else to get it. Our entire family was there shopping for the whole day and Mike was patient with us and hung in there until the sale was finalized. No muss - no fuss...that is what we wanted and what we got but with a smile and friendly service. No hard-sell, no "negotiating" and we still got the best price around! Greg was very friendly and helped us get where we needed to be before we even went inside. We were able to take a car out for a test-drive as soon as we arrived without a "sales pitch".
