Had a nice, no pressure salesman. He was very patient with us. I knew what I wanted, but still wanted to make comparison. Took his time and answered all questions we had. He was very personnable and we enjoyed working with him, his name is Mike Gaffney and we are recommending him and Jordan's to all of our friends. Tia and Jessica were incredible. Tia did a great job educating me about the various cars I was interested in and made sure I had all my questions answered before buying the car. It was less like talking to a sales person and more like having a knowledgable friend there with me. Jessica also did a great job helping me get to the payments where I wanted to be and made me feel confident about the purchase. The overall experience was fantastic and I'm recommend them to everyone I know.
This dealer had a Transit Connect in stock for a test drive. When we decided this was the vehicle for us our Salesperson Shawndel Gordon was able to locate a Transit with the color we liked the next day. The other local dealer told us we would have to wait for months to get any other color than white. We enjoyed Shawndel’s friendly, helpful and informative salesmanship and every aspect of purchasing our vehicle from Jordan Ford. If I had to sum up our buying experience with two words it would “THE BEST”.
I went to Toyota looking for a newer car and I was expecting it to be like every other dealership I went to, but it was the complete opposite. I have never felt so welcomed and comfortable while looking for a car. They did not pressure me into buying the car if I didn't feel comfortable and they tried their hardest to work with my budget to where I felt comfortable with my payments. Jordan Toyota is a great dealership to buy a vehicle from, my vehicle was delivered a head of schedule, exact specs and color that I requested, Jake explained all the features and performed set up of SAT and SOS on line for me upon delivery. Everyone in the dealership is professional and a real pleasure to work with, love my new my Pruis !!!!
